Getting Here

We're right in downtown Vancouver, super easy to reach by transit or car. There's underground parking in the building ($8/hour), or you can grab street parking if you're lucky. The Burrard SkyTrain station is about a 5-minute walk.

First Meeting? Here's What to Expect
  • We'll chat for about an hour, no rush
  • Bring any sketches, photos, or ideas you've got
  • Coffee's on us (or tea, if that's your thing)
  • No commitment needed - we're just getting to know each other
Quick Response Times

We typically get back to inquiries within one business day. If it's urgent, don't hesitate to call - we're pretty good about picking up during office hours.

Questions People Usually Ask

Phone's definitely your best bet - just call (604) 555-0187 during office hours. If it's after hours and truly can't wait, leave a voicemail and we'll get back to you first thing next morning.

Nope, the first consultation is completely free. It's really just a chance for us to understand what you're after and see if we're a good fit. No strings attached.

Absolutely! We get that not everyone can make it during 9-to-5. Just mention it in your message or when you call, and we'll figure out a time that works for you.

Whatever you've got, really. Photos of spaces you like, rough sketches on napkins, property documents, budget thoughts - it all helps. But honestly, even if you show up empty-handed, we can still have a productive conversation.
